If any accessories are supplied by Upper Marlboro Ford at your request, you as the purchaser remain liable for payment to Upper Marlboro Ford should the vehicle be returned pursuant to this agreement. If a vehicle of greater value is desired for the exchange, customer is responsible for paying additional cost. Please note that this is not a refund policy, but a vehicle exchange policy.
